Agree with all the praise being heaped on Giaiotti. He & Tozzi shared my 
utmost admiration during the 50's & 60's (something I cannot really 
explain annoyed me about Siepi; perhaps a "hollowness" to his sound & 
occasional unsteadiness).  But then along came Ghiaurov & the rest is.....
