I am afraid that what you are hearing with Vittorio is not a "tremolo" but 
the start of a good old wobble. The latter happens when the vocal folds are 
pushed beyond their limit pretty much like an over stretched elastic band. He 
can recover from it if he rests and stops pushing but it remains to be seen 
whether with his schedule this will be possible.
