Not standard repertory, but there's Rimsky-Korsakov's opera "Christmas 
Eve" and the recent adaptation of "It's a Wonderful Life" by Jake 
Heggie.

Bernard Herrmann did a couple of Christmas operas/musicals for 
television: "A Christmas Carol"(with Basil Rathbone and Fredric March) 
and "A Child is Born."
