When the Met put on The Tempest with Luna I think some of those squeaky notes she sang might have been A's

Oops...accidentally touched the send...before completing the thought.  Is it true that the high A above C sung by this soprano is indeed unique having never been previously sung by a soprano at the Metropolitan?  Cheers.
