Hi all,
Please see the very interesting article on the Siege of Corrinth by Larry
Wolff in this week's New York Review of Books.
http://www.nybooks.com/articles/2017/10/12/siege-corinth-signor-tambourossini/

Has anyone read Wolff's book, The Singing Turk: Ottoman Power and he
Operatic Emotiion on the European Stage from the Siege of Vienna to the Age
of Napoleon? I'd be interested to hear opinions.

Good listening to all.
Claudia
