The Tebaldi Festival and the arias of Norma, Puritani, Sonnambula, Nabucco and O don fatale are two different recordings. The Tebaldi Festival (the Wagner, Tannhauser, Lohengrin, Isolde arias ,the french arias, Carmen, Dalila, Manon and Ritorna vincitor ,Boheme Musseta aria, Rossini Regata Veneziana and other italian songs and "If I love you" from Carrousel) was recorded in Kingsway Hall, London in february 1969. That 2 LP album was made to be released in 1970  for what it was going to be Tebaldi London comeback in 1970  with Adriana Lecouvreur in concert with Placido Domingo. But it was cancelled because of a strike in the theater, even the tickets were sold.
The arias of Norma, puritani, Sonnambula, Nabucco and Eboli's O don fatale are only tests Tebaldi was doing for an album, while she was recording  in the sessions of "La Wally" in Montecarlo in june 1968.Since it were only tests it were not released at that time  but in 1998, after 30 years the rights of the artist to ban the release had expired, so Decca released the two recordings in two CD with the same name "Tebaldi festival".If you listen well you notice are two different recordings, in the 1968 sessions at Montecarlo Tebaldi was with the flu that summer, you can notice the voice is more covered, in the '69 Tebaldi Festival the voice is very beautiful and smooth,   also the recordings at the Decca hall in Montecarlo have a different sound , that hall was new in 1968, I think one of the first recordings made there were Sutherland's Lakme in 1967, then Tebaldi's La Wally in 1968 and then Magda Olivero's Fedora in 1969.Fedora was for Tebaldi,  but she had not been happy with the results of '68 "La Wally" because she disliked the Montecarlo Hall and because she thought for that time  Del Monaco voice had become too stentorian. She wanted to record "Fedora" in Rome  and with Bergonzi, but Del Monaco had contract so she decided to refuse the recording  and she suggested to Decca to call Magda Olivero. The recordings she liked since her return in 1964 (after an year off in 1963) were the Solti's Don Carlo recorded in London in 1965 , the Gardelli's La Gioconda recorded in Rome in 1967 and the Tebaldi Festival with the Wagner arias and french arias recorded in London in  1969.She did not want to record the "Un ballo in maschera" in 1970 (she did it for contractual obligations) , because she had to record "Un ballo in maschera" ten years earlier,  in 1960 with Bjoerling and the recording had been aborted .
Another Decca recording project was "Les Huguenots" in italian, with a sumptuous cast: the parts have been scheduled: Sutherland-Corelli-Tebaldi.Ghiaurov  and Solti conducting in 1963 , after the La Scala revival, but the recording was postponed,  finally was made in 1969  with Sutherland and Arroyo

That Tebaldi Festival is a fascinating hodgepodge. I'm not as keen as you on the
previously unreleased bel canto excerpts, but agree that the Wagner is excellent.
The Carmen bits are surprisingly good (with a few classic Tebaldi cackles), and the
Dalila arias are really, really good - dramatic and sumptuous in the lower register.
The second disc, with the Bonynge-accompanied songs, is sui generis, with lots of
Tebaldi's honey on sugar middle range.
