Recent internet issues have prevented me from producing ARTISTS' EVENTS.
The good news is that after much analyses and hassle these issues have
finally been resolved. Accordingly, I am once again able to produce AE.

Today we can celebrate the birthdays of:

Riccardo Muti (1941)
Gottlob Frick (1906-1994)
Giuditta Grisi (1805-1840)

Also, the following works premiered on this date:

Spohr's "Jessanda" (1823)
Donizetti's "Emilia di Liverpool" (1824)
Stravinsky's "L'Histoire du Soldat" (1926)

Let us remember the following artists who joined Heaven's Choir on this

Helen Traubel (1899-1972)
Antonio Vivaldi (1678-1741)
Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750)

The quote for today is: "A conductor should guide rather than command."
