BSO broadcasts are archived and available for a full year on line (via WCRB-BSO web site) after the performance date. Sometimes it takes a week or more before a performance appears in the archives.

I still remember, back when the Boston Lyric Opera used to do radio broadcasts, he was the announcer for their production of something he kept calling "L'Italiana in AHHHL-geri." He must have gotten a number of calls, because by intermission, it was all of a sudden "al-GE-ri" the way it's supposed to be. ;-)

Alberich (jochen Schmeckenbrecher) in particular was sensational and Kim Begley as Loge stole the show. Of course there is only one Stephanie Blythe, and we were so lucky to have her in the cast (as a replacement!)
