Hello the List,

I’ve just finished the Glyndebourne performance of Don Giovanni and have a question about Baccaloni’s singing of this aria.  

First it seems to have been made in two parts, I assume because of the length of the aria.

Second, Baccaloni’s voice seems to be much different in the second part, even as if it’s hoarse.  

Any opinions?  Thanks.  Jim
