Beverly Sills did sing the 4 heroine roles in Hoffmann with the Opera Company

of Boston with Gus Diaz singing all the 4 villain roles.  Patricia Racette sang the

4 Hoffmann roles also in Boston with another company and I must tell you

that she was sorely inadequate as Olympia.
