Actually Callas as Bette Davis and Tebaldi as Joan Crawford would be
perfect, but leaving them out I would suggest

However, leaving them out, how about Fedora Barbieri as Bette Davis and
Giulietta Simionato as Joan Crawford, another famous feud, Barbieri
hated Simionato.
