Yes, I'm sorry to have wrongfully maligned the innocent Kna yesterday. Don alerted me to this earlier today. Seems that he actually showed a fair bit of courage throughout that dismal era. Very nice to know! 
Years ago, I was driving along the Long Island Expressway listening to Parsifal from the Met. Father Lee came on at intermission. His remarks were so deep and philosophical and so insightful that I had to pull off the road and sit quietly to take it all in. What a wonderful man he was and what a loss!
