PARKING in downtown Montclair can be challenging. You should be able to find a spot if you allow extra time and are willing to walk a few blocks. Street parking at meters is free after 7 PM. Spots labeled "permit only" are also generally available after 7, but please read signs closely. Here are some suggestions:

South Fullerton Avenue, Plymouth Street, Wilde Place, Union Street, Roosevelt Place, The Crescent, Russell Terrace, Seymour Street, Bloomfield Avenue and Trinity Place.

There is a metered parking lot located on South Fullerton Avenue directly across from the Library and another located a half block north next to the Bangz Salon. There is also access to The Crescent Parking Deck from South Fullerton Avenue.

There are many restaurants within walking distance.

PLEASE consider a year-end donation to Opera Theatre of Montclair. Your donation is fully tax-deductible. OTM has very ambitious plans for 2017. THREE mainstage productions are currently planned, masterpieces by the greatest Italian composers, Rossini, Verdi and Puccini, but until each has been fully funded, we hesitate to set the dates.

Did you know that many opera companies DO NOT pay their artists? Singers who have spent much of their lives studying their craft, many times investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loans on degrees from the most prestigious conservatories, are often expected to PAY an audition fee, pay to travel to an audition and then many times to actually PAY TO SING! OTM considers these practices unethical but needs YOUR help to be sure that all our artists continue to be paid. We want to continue to give our artists a venue and our audiences the unique experience of opera-up-close.

OTM's performance budget for next year is $60,000 - this is a meagre fraction of the budget of the largest opera organization in New York City. Your donation to OTM will go VERY FAR.

ANOTHER WAY you can support OTM is by hosting a fundraising concert or even a fully-staged opera at your home, business or other venue. Please contact Mia Riker-Norrie at [log in to unmask] or 973-202-7849 to discuss any of these options.

Please mail your check to Opera Theatre of Montclair, 32 Cloverhill Place, Montclair, NJ 07042. Or CLICK HERE ([UNIQID]) to donate via credit card.
