A big thumbs up for Idia and everyone who helped to achieve what should have been a
straightforward exchange.
An ever bigger finger up to the Met for treating patrons in such a shabby way - take what
you're given and don't expect better seems to be its mantra in this case.
It's easy to blame the jobsworths who enforce these absurd "terms and conditions". Their
superiors - right to the top of the chain - who devise them should be the real recipients of
public ire and opprobrium.
