She started off pretty shaky but by Act II she hit her stride.  She really came into her own in “In quelle trine morbide”.  They madrigal was enchanting with a gorgeous messa di voce on the final cadence.  The ensuing love duet was as good as it gets. This role "le sta come un penello."
