While the artistic rationals for singer placement, are at face, valid;
the actual problem is with management.

If management knew (and they should have)
that some seats were obstructed view,
and did not market said seats as such,
not only is the protester within appropriate standards of behavior,
but management should offer refunds for itís inappropriate behavior.

Other factors might also be in play as well.

But a rush to judgement, based on limited knowledge,
and/or a perceived moral imperative,
is irrational at best, and Inappropriate.
