Ah, to be in Europe (including England <G>) where the arts are recognized.

With few and relatively uninteresting exceptions, no such service is
available in the U.S.

There have been numerous attempts, the best of which have degenerated to
commercial-laden, poorly programmed A&E and Bravo. There is Ovation, but
here in the provinces (Los Angeles) even that is not available; from
reports where it can be received, it offers little other than commercial
recordings.
